STEP1: raw material preparation
- Crushing: In the process of cement production, raw materials should be broken. Limestone is the most common and most used raw material. The crusher is important in cement production because mining after the particle is larger and hard.
- Raw material pre-homogenization: Homogenization adopts stacking and taking technology and makes raw materials the initial homogenization. It makes the raw material yard have two functions: storage and homogenization.
- Raw material homogenization
Material is mixed with air, the raw material powder is discharged downward due to the influence of gravity, as far as possible the surface of the multi-layer material is cut off so that it is fully mixed.
STEP2: clinker calcination
- Preheating decomposition: Raw materials are used in the preheater for the preheating and partial decomposition. This puts the gas in the accumulation state in the heat transfer process of the kiln. The raw materials can be fully mixed with the hot gas in the kiln, which increases the contact area of the gas material. This has high heat exchange efficiency. It improves the production efficiency of the kiln system and reduces the heat consumption of clinker firing.
- Firing: In the production process, the fuel is sprayed from the kiln head and burned in the kiln to give off heat. The heat is transferred to the material through flame radiation, hot gas convection, kiln brick conduction, etc. Accompanied by a slowly rotating kiln body, Raw materials enter the kiln from the high end and move to the low back. In this process, high-temperature heating generates chemical and physical reactions and finally forms the clinker.
STEP3: cement grinding
Cement grinding is the final process of cement manufacturing. It grinds the cement clinker powder to the appropriate particle size to increase the hydration area, accelerate the hydration rate, and meet the requirements of cement slurry condensation and hardening.

The function is to reduce high-temperature clinker to a suitable temperature through different technologies for subsequent processing and storage.
