Cement manufacturing is a complex process that begins with raw material preparation and preheater raw materials and grinding to a fine powder, called raw meal, then it is heated to a sintering temperature as high as 1400°C-1500°C in a cement kiln.   • STEP 1: Raw material preparation: The cement raw material mainly includes limestone, clay iron ore, and so on. This material is crushed and mixed to ensure uniformity and suitable particle size. The crushed material needs pre-homogenization to material uniformly mix. This could ensure subsequent processes.
  • STEP 2: Preheating decomposition: The mixed material is preheating and partial decomposition. It replaces part of the rotary kiln function, shortens the length of the rotary kiln, and improves the gas heat transfer efficiency.
  • STEP 3: Calcination: The preheated material is sent to a rotary kiln to calcinate at temperatures calcination 1400°C-1500°C. In a rotary kiln, raw material undergoes a chemical reaction to form cement clinker.
  • STEP 4: Clinker cooling: The calcinated clinker needs to cool for the subsequent process. The cooled material will be sent to the cement mill for grinding.
  • STEP 5:Cement grinding: The clinker, appropriate gypsum, and other auxiliary materials are sent to the cement ball mill for grinding power. This step is to the clinker grind appropriate particles to meet different requirements.
  • STEP 6: Packing and storing: The ground cement can be packed into bags or transported in bulk. They could be stored in a warehouse to sell or use for construction.

Driven by the motor, the material enters the first stage crushing chamber collides with the plate hammer of the rotor, and then enters the second stage crushing chamber for crushing. In the crushing process, It not only forms the collision and crushing between the material and the plate hammer and the lining plate, but also completes the stone crushing between each plate hammer and crushing chamber. The material is sent from the discharge hole.

Cement preheater is important in cement production and is mainly used for the front end of cement production. Its main function is through the exchange of heat between gaseous fuel and solid feedstock. It makes raw material achieve certain heat and chemical properties so that improves the rotary kiln’s efficiency.

The cement rotary kiln makes the material roll along the axial and radial direction and gradually move forward through the tilt and slow rotation of the cylinder. The fuel is injected from the kiln head and burned through the burner, and the heat generated is transferred to the material by radiation and conduction. It makes raw material generate the liquid phase. After completion of sintering, produce clinker from the discharge end.

The working principle of the cement ball mill is that the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder, the steel ball is brought to a certain height and then falls, which produces a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material, so as to achieve the crushing of the material.

The cement clinker enters the feed end into the cooling machine. The cooling machine is made of a cooler, draught fan, and discharge end. Clinker in the cooler through the built-in layer plate and the external cooling air for heat exchange. The cooling air enters the cooler by the fan and is discharged after heat exchange with the hot cement clinker. After cooling, the clinker is discharged from the discharge end.

The cement packing machine is used for the equipment of packing cement. It usually adopts an automatic system and can complete the cement filling, weighing, sealing, and other packaging processes. The cement is transported to the filling part of the packaging machine through the conveying device, and then the cement is accurately measured by measuring devices, and then the cement is packed into bags.
