- STEP 1: Raw materials preparation: The raw materials of cement production include limestone and clay. These raw materials need to be broken and screened to ensure that their granularity is suitable for subsequent processing. The crushed raw materials are mixed in a certain proportion and refined by the mill to form raw materials.
- STEP 2: Calcination: Raw material calcinates in a rotary kiln, usually carried out at a high temperature (about 1400~1500℃). In the calcination process, the calcium carbonate in the raw material is decomposed into calcium oxide and reacts with other components in the clay to form a clinker with calcium silicate as the main component.
- STEP 3: Cement grinding: After calcination, the clinker-appropriate gypsum and other auxiliary materials are ground. During grinding, clinker and gypsum evenly mix to achieve the desired fineness and performance.
- STEP 4: Packing: Finally, the ground cement is packed and ready for sale.

Cement crusher

Preheater
In the cement process, the preheater takes advantage of the high-temperature exhaust gas at the kiln tail and preheats the limestone before entering the kiln, it makes raw material preheated and part of the carbonate is decomposed. To maximize the heat exchange efficiency between gas and solid, achieve high quality, high efficiency, and low consumption of the whole system. It is necessary to have three functions: uniform gas and solid dispersion, rapid heat exchange, and efficient separation.
Rotary kiln
The cement rotary kiln’s operating principle is produced by calcining cement raw material at high temperatures. The raw material enters the kiln from the kiln tail. Due to the tilt and slow rotation of the cylinder the material rolls along axial and radial and gradually moves forward. The fuel is injected from the kiln head, and the heat generated by combustion is transferred to the material through radiation and conduction so that it completes the calcining process of the clinker during the moving process. The cement rotary kiln is made of a cylinder, combustion device, transmission device, supporting device, and other components. In the operation process, device operation is stable, the process is simple and the output is high.
Cooling machine
The cooling machine is an equipment in the production line. It is usually made of a rotor, gear, supporting shaft, hoop plate, brake, and other components. Packing machine
The packing machine is usually composed of an automatic feed-driving system, electrical control system, automatic metering and weighing system, pneumatic control system, bag hanging and supporting device, sealing and dust removal device, etc. When filling, only manual bag hanging, given the signal, it can complete automatic bag clamping, automatic lifting, automatic metering, and automatic stop when it has full scale.
