Step 1 : Pretreatment

It includes cleaning impurities and water conditioning. The corn undergoes a screen to remove impurities and adjust water to an appropriate level by applying water(15%-17%) to soften the skin surface for easier removal.

Step 2 : Pretreatment

During the peeling and cracking stage, a peeling machine is used to remove the corn husks. Then the corn particle is crushed, and the embryo is removed using a crushing machine.

Step 3 : Screening

The crushed materials are screened and sorted using equipment such as conical screens and vibrating screens to separate and extract corn grits and corn flour. At the same time, the germ is efficiently separated using a germ extractor.

Step 4 : Grinding and Product Collection

Some of the raw materials are ground into different degrees of fineness to produce products such as corn flour, corn grits and corn germ. Among them, the starch content of the skimmed corn flour can reach 85% to 88%.
