Step 1 Clean: the first step in the corn milling process is to clean the kernels. Wash the corn to remove dust, dirt, stones, and other impurities.

Step 2 Milling: the milling stage is when the corn is converted into flour. Grind the corn kernels into flour. There are several types of corn grinders, including hammer grinders and roll grinders, which use different methods to grind corn. A hammer mill uses a hammer or a baler to crush the corn into smaller particles, while a roller mill uses a roller to crush the grain.

Step 3 Screening: after milling, the resulting corn meal may still contain impurities and particles of varying sizes. The flour is sifted through a mesh or sieve to remove impurities and separate it into different particle sizes.

Step 4 Packaging: the end product is corn meal, which is packaged distributed, and sold. Corn flour should be stored in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated place to prevent moisture absorption and spoilage.
