- Step 1 Cleaning: The wheat kernels are cleaned using vibrating screens and magnetic separators to remove impurities.
- Step 2 Conditioning: At this stage, water is added to the conditioner, and the wheat is left in the conditioner for 24 hours to maintain the moisture level to facilitate the next step of milling.
