Pre-treatment is carried out before oil production to improve production efficiency. The oil milling process includes: cleaning, sieving, hulling, separation, cracking, particle making, frying, softening, flaking, drying, and expelling oil materials.
Pressing is when raw materials are put into the press to heat and extract oil. In the oil press, the raw material is heated and the grease will be squeezed out with oil press, and the residue will be left in the oil press. This plant capacity is 10TPD -500TPD.
Oil extraction plant
The solvent extraction device extracts oil from the pre-pressed material. Because different solvent extraction units are needed, we have built a wide range of solvent extraction equipment with capacities from 300kg to 100MTPD.
Oil refining plant
The oil extracted from the virgin oil is refined to improve the oil quality and remove impurities. First, the free fatty acids in the oil are removed, then the pigment and impurities are removed by the use of adsorbent, and finally, the odor substances are removed by steam deodorization.

It is a machine for planing oil seeds into thin sheets of a certain thickness for further processing into oil.

The steam cooking machine destroys the sheet’s cell structure, allowing the dispersed free oil and fat to stick together.
Oil press machine
Oil press refers to a machine for extruding grease from oil by means of external mechanical action and activating oil molecules by increasing temperature. Single machine capacity ranges from 10-200TPD.
Solvent extractor
The rotary extractor is used for making various pre-pressed oil cakes which has adopted a variable voltage variable frequency drive with an adjustable rotation speed
Plate and frame filter press
Plate and frame filter press always be used as a oil purifier in the oil processing plants for edible oil or biodiesel. It is widely used for separating solids from crude oil for manufacturing edible or cooking oil.
