step 1: Cleaning
Remove the impurities of sunflower, including straw, iron filings, stones, etc.
step 2: Shelling
The hulls of the sunflower, making the content of the hulls in the seeds below 10%. While the contents within the seeds are less than 1%.
step 3: Crushing
Sunflower seeds are crushed by equipment to facilitate the subsequent processing of sunflower seed oil. After grinding, they can be further processed into flake-like pieces to break down the cell structure, making it easier to extract the oil.
step 4: Cooking
Using a cooking machine adjusts the water content and temperature of sunflower embryos.
step 5: Pressing

Step 7: Dewaxing
