step 1: Cleaning

Choosing a high-quality avocado, washing, and removing dirt and impurities.

step 2: Peeling and shelling

Use specialized equipment to remove seeds and peels, saving labor and improving efficiency.

Step 3: crushing

Crushing avocado into small pieces. The particle size is approximately half that of a grain of rice.

Step 4: Cold pressing or extraction

Use specially designed cold-pressing machinery for low-temperature pressing, with high oil yield and without damaging the nutritional components in avocado oil. Or, mix the ground avocados in a 1:3 weight ratio into the extraction solution. After the obtained mixture is filtered and the extraction solvent is removed, crude avocado oil is obtained.

Step 5: Drying and dehydration

Place the filtrate in a distillation apparatus and heat it under medium pressure to remove the moisture. Thereby, obtain avocado oil. The color of the oil appears bright green.

Step 6: Filter residue pressing

Filter residue and conduct twice bake. The first baking temperature is 200-260℃for 10-20 seconds. The second baking temperature is 70-80℃for 20-30 minutes. Subsequently, the crude avocado oil is extracted by a low-temperature pressing machine and filtered to obtain avocado oil and protein cake.

Step 7: Refining

To obtain pure avocado oil, the crude avocado oil needs to undergo refining. The refining process includes degumming, desalination, and deodorization, etc.

Step 8: Mixing and filling

After refining, the oil needs to be added with antioxidants to extend the shelf life. Finally, using an automatic quantitative filling machine, the qualified avocado oil is filled into dry containers, and then the containers are sealed to make the final product.
