1.Cleaning

First, remove the outer fruit skin from the castor seeds. After removing the seed shells, the castor seeds are sent to a cleaning machine.

2.Cooking

After cleaning, the seed is sent to a cooking machine to remove water.

3.Drying

Then it should be placed in a oven for further drying for at least seven hours.

4.Pressing

The castor seeds are crushed by a screw pressing machine to obtain oil. The oil extracted after pressing is filtered, and the filtered material is mixed with fresh new seeds for repeated extraction. In this way, a large amount of filtered material is continuously collected and repeatedly combined with new materials in the process cycle. Eventually, the castor cake is discharged from the press.

5.Refining

The extracted oil needs a refining process. The refining process includes steps such as degumming and deacidification to produce pure oil.
