Applicable raw materials of mini oil mill plant
Mini Oil Mill Plant works for various types of seeds like groundnut, sunflower, mustard, sesame, cottonseeds, coconut, soybean, rapeseeds, corn seeds, etc. to extract oil from them. Process of mini oil mill
Pretreatment: The first in this step is cleaning. You will remove various impurities such as sand, leaves, stones, liquids and metals from the raw material using different machines.
Expelling: You could then expel the oil from the kernel by using a press. In the oil press, the raw material is heated and the grease will be squeezed out with oil press.
Extraction: The extraction device extracts oil from the pre-pressed of the material. This can either be a cold press where you only use pressure or a hot press where you include heat and chemicals.
Refining: The extracted oil needs to be refined. Refining involves steps such as degumming, and deacidification to produce a pure oil.
Filling: After the oil is tested and qualified, it is packaged into bottles using a filling machine and stored in a warehouse that meets the requirements for sale
