How much money the palm oil mill can make?
Suppose we have 100 hectares of land. About 140 palm trees can be planted per hectare, and each tree can produce about 20 tons of palm fruit annually. The maximum monthly palm fruit consumption is 12.5% of orchard production.
The production time is 25 days per month, 20 hours per day, and the output of the palm oil plant is 100 ×140 ×20 × 12.5% / 25 / 20 = 70 t/h
The market price of palm oil is $550 / ton. About 25% of palm oil is extracted from fresh fruit. For every 10 tonnes of palm oil produced, 40 tonnes of fresh fruit are needed. Take into account processes such as palm fermentation and the absence of any work on weekends each month. So there are about 12 days of pure palm oil production per month. Crude palm oil:

Palm Fruit Reception: It transports FFB to the reception station, flow to the scraper convey to the sterilizing station.
