The fiber length and filtration water of wheat straw pulp are better than rice straw pulp, the paper is stronger and the transparency is higher. STEP 1: Raw materials preparation: Different raw materials need to be treated differently, such as wood needs to be peeled, cut, steamed, etc. and waste paper needs to be screened and washed.
STEP 2: Pulping: Mechanical pulping is a process that does not use chemicals. The wood chips are cut into fibers in a high-speed crusher and turned into wood pulp. The mechanical pulping process is more suitable for thin paper and high-speed printing. Chemical pulping is when raw materials are steam treated under high temperatures in a cooking facility and then chemicals are added. These chemicals reduce the natural resins in the wood, destroying lignin and hemicellulose, and eventually making a pulp.
STEP 3: Screening: Screening controls the hole of the sieve, ‌makes the qualified part of the original pulp pass, becomes the fine pulp, and the unqualified part becomes the slurry slag, this achieves the purpose of purifying the pulp.
STEP 4: Bleaching: The pulp bleaching process includes using bleach to treat the unbleached pulp to remove colored substances and other debris to improve the whiteness and purity of the pulp.
STEP 5: Washing: The pulp needs to be washed after pulping to wipe off residual chemicals and impurities. Cellulose becomes more pure after washing.
STEP 6: Drying: Drying is making pulp reduce water to achieve the desired degree of dryness. First, the pulp is mixed well and then poured into the dryer. Pulp Digester
