- If your layer chickens are less than 2000, we suggest you only buy a chicken cage. The drinking system is automatic, but workers need to feed the chickens manually, collect eggs, and clean manure.
- If you have 5000-10000 chickens, we suggest you purchase a battery chicken cage and poultry manure removal system. By removing manure promptly, you will reduce the likelihood of disease and increase egg production. At the same time, you could reduce time and labor costs. Scraper-type manure remover is economic. Semi-automatic chicken feeders are also necessary for several chickens. It is small, so the cost is less than an automatic chicken feeding machine. You could feed chicken for half an hour.
- If you have more than 10000 layers of chicken, you may need automatic equipment, including a battery chicken cage, automatic chicken feeder, automatic egg collector, and automatic manure removal system. If your scale is more than 50000 chickens, you should need a feed silo. For less than 50000 chickens, you could a single screw conveyor is used to transport the food to the hopper. If you want to build a closed system, you need to know that exhaust fans and cooling pads are necessary environmental control equipment items. If you have an open system and the weather is hot, you can use an atomizer.
