Broiler Equipment
The broiler automatic cage system is the complete automation of the whole feeding process from feeding, drinking, climate control, and clean manure removal to egg collection.
Automatic feeding system
The feeding system has three types. The first is the feed hopper, and the second is the feed tray. The third is the chain feed system. An average system is provided at the bottom of the feed hopper to ensure the average feed of broilers.
Automatic drinking system
AGICO broiler drinking system is made of 304 stainless steel and ABS engineering plastic nipple drinker, a 2.0mm thick PVC water pipe, and an adjustable water pressure regulator. Automatic drinking system providing fresh and clean water.
Automatic climate system
It is controlled by the EC-1211 climate controller. High-quality fan adopts hot-dip galvanized frame. The average power of the fan is 36,000 m²/h, which could discharge harmful gas. The air intake is made of advanced PP material.

The egg transporting belt is made of polyester high-strength wire, and an ultrasonic welding machine welds the interface. The claws are made of elastic plastic, their unique softness will not break eggs. The platform is equipped with a buffer mechanism to avoid collision.
Automatic clean manure system
Clean the broiler thoroughly with a 1.2mm thick PP manure belt and galvanized scraper. Special doors at the end of the cage are designed to keep the cage clean. Efficient cleaning manure system to keep clean and hygienic. It could quickly remove manure and save labor.
