A type hen cages are divided into three or four layers. On each layer, there are 4 or 5 doors at the front and back of the cage. Each compartment can accommodate 3 to 4 laying hens. The average area of each chicken cage is 399.75 to 533 cm². The hen cages have some space for movement. This is convenient for the staff to observe the flock and carry out epidemic prevention work.

H type hen cages offer 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12 levels of options. Each chicken has an effective living area of 450 cm². Each door of the cage can accommodate 8 chickens. The size of each door is approximately 600 × 600 × 480/390 mm. The standard height of the layer is 680 millimeters. This makes it easier to integrate feeding, egg collection, and manure removal systems.
