Waste rubber pyrolysis process
- STEP 1: Raw material crushing: Before waste rubber pyrolysis treatment, it needs to be crushed to decompose into particles suitable for entering the pyrolysis reactor.
- STEP 2: Pyrolysis reactor: Waste rubber occurs pyrolysis reactor by heating with high temperature. The heat triggers a series of decomposition and volatilization reactions under the temperature to rise to between 280 and 450°C. Finally this reactor makes the polymer chains in rubber are broken down into small molecular gases and liquid products.
- STEP 3: Gas separation and purification: After the pyrolysis reaction, The gas needs separation and purification to meet environmental protection requirements and improve product purity.
- STEP 4: Liquid and slag treatment: During the pyrolysis process, the liquid product of waste rubber needs treatment and purification to get chemicals of high value. The waste rubber pyrolysis process also leaves a certain amount of solid slag. The oil produced by pyrolysis is condensed in the cooler, and the condensed gas can be used as fuel gas.
