The advantage of pyrolysis

Pyrolysis could significantly reduce the production of harmful substances. Compared with incineration, pyrolysis generated gas of dioxin is lower, and does not generate dust.

Pyrolysis could convert solid waste into gas and biochar. The gas could used for heating and generating electricity, realizing energy recycling. Biochar can be used as a soil amendment or as a raw material for activated carbon. The treated solid waste slag could turn into a harmless stable substance.

The pyrolysis process

  • STEP1:Preparation: Preparation includes sorting, crushing, compression, etc. It is to improve the efficiency of pyrolysis. The prepared material rubbish enters the incinerator through a feed system.
  • STEP2: Feedstock: The rubbish is burned in an incinerator. The generated heat causes the material in the waste to undergo a pyrolysis reaction. The temperature inside the incinerator should controlled at 800℃ to ensure pyrolysis.
  • STEP3: Pyrolysis: The rubbish of the organic material undergoes thermal cracking under high temperatures. And then generate combustible gas, tar, coke, and other substances. In the pyrolysis process, the harmful substances in the waste are decomposed and the pollution to the environment is reduced.
  • STEP4: Cooling: The high temperature of gas and carbon black is cooling in the furnace. The cooling system mainly includes a cooler cooling fan and so on. The cooled material can be further processed.
  • STEP5: Collection and utilization of combustible gase: Pyrolysis generates a sea of tail gas to meet environmental requirements. Waste water treatment mainly includes precipitation, filtration, disinfection, and other operations to reduce pollution to the water environment.
