The Raw Material Of Waste Paper Pulp
The raw material of waste paper pulp depends on recycled paper. Waste pulp is classified into two types according to the production process: bleached deinked waste pulp and unbleached waste pulp. The raw material of bleaching deinked pulp is white waste paper, such as old newspaper, old magazine paper, and so on. The bleached deinked waste pulp can be made into newsprint, magazine paper, writing paper, etc. The raw materials of unbleached waste pulp are unbleached waste paper, such as waste corrugated boxes, waste paper bags, and so on. These materials could make hanging box board paper, corrugated core paper, wrapping paper, etc. Every ton of waste paper can get 0.8 to 0.9 tons of waste pulp.

Waste Paper Pulp Making
- STEP 1: Classification: The waste paper is classified according to the color, fiber type, water content, and other indicators for the subsequent process.
- STEP 2: Washing: The waste paper removes the impurities such as metal and plastic, and then it is sent to the washer, and the stains are removed with the cyclone and the screen.
- STEP 3: Soaking: The cleaned waste paper is cut and soaked in a large pool with water. It softens the cellulose and easier to pulp.
- STEP 4: Cutting: Fiber is crushed after soaking, and the unwanted debris is removed in the shears and sifters
- STEP 5: Cooking: The fiber pulp is put into a continuous digester and boiled under high temperature and pressure, it is to separate impurities such as lignin and hemicellulose.
- STEP 6: Washing: the boiled waste pulp is put into the washing machine, and it is continuously washed with water to remove the remaining impurities and drugs.
- STEP 7: Bleaching: The dark and light-colored waste pulp add different bleaching agents, and the bleaching is put into the bleacher. The bleacher adopts in backwash pump for pulp supply, dilutes and bleaches it step by step.

Rotary Drum Pulper and Vertical Pulper
The vertical pulper can be classified into continuous pulper and intermittent pulper based on whether the operation is continuous. It is also classified into high-concentration pulpers and low-concentration pulpers based on the concentration. High concentration pulper stock concentration is usually 15-18%. Low concentration pulper is lower. Vertical pulpers can process kinds of waste paper and are hardly limited to raw materials. While the rotary drum pulper is not suitable for low yield and intermittent production. It could produce a higher-performance pulp. The rotary drum pulp has less equipment. So it has simple maintenance. What’s more, it has few pulp discharge holes and a cleaner production environment. The rotary drum pulper has a crushing area and a screening area, It could complete the two processes of crushing and screening.
